Background

Company Background and History:

In 1968, Rudy Pribuss, a Stanford University Engineering graduate, started the company with 25 years prior experience. In the early years, the emphasis was on residential plumbing and heating. In the 70's, the fire sprinkler and mechanical divisions began to expand. In the 80's the company experienced additional growth, with a larger presence in the construction and design fields. With over 33 years of mechanical experience, Pribuss Engineering is recognized as an industry leader in developing and implementing innovative construction and management techniques. Our construction and in-house engineering capabilities in plumbing, heating, air conditioning, industrial piping, and fire sprinkler systems, range from single unit residential to high-rise commercial, and complex industrial mechanical systems. We believe that quality work done right the first time, is actually the most cost-effective.

We support and maintain the "team approach" to construction in our associations with owners, developers, design professionals, and other contractors, in providing the highest quality and most cost-effective construction possible. This non-adversarial philosophy promotes a win-win for all members of the construction team. Our professional staff, with both the technical background and field experience, can propose options that are initially budget compatible, while meeting design intent.
