PRIBUSS CAPABILITIES DEFINED: We have found that many of our customers have an incomplete view of the scope of work covered by Pribuss Engineering, Inc. Frequently we hear, "I thought you only did plumbing?" or " I didn't know you did service calls?". Even the word "engineering" can be confusing. Let us clear up some of the misconceptions by defining the roles of our various departments.

DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION

MECHANICAL

This highly competitive department is the most visible division of the company. Under the leadership of Bayardo Chamorro, Janette Bachman, and Field Project Managers Tom McCann and Tony Bush, the plumbing, piping, and HVAC sections are given continual attention. The range of projects can consist of a single sink or heating coil to a complete plumbing and mechanical installation in a new multi-storied office building or hotel.

BOILERS - PLUMBING - INSPECTIONS

SERVICE

Jerry Brick is the Manager of the plumbing and heating service department. With Assistant Managers Toni Ciaverelli and Rick Choye, and nearly 15 service technicians, they efficiently handle all repairs, maintenance, C-4 inspections, and backflow certifications. This department offers 24-hour service in the San Francisco area. The scope of service work includes restoring heat and hot water, new boiler installations and code upgrades, minor plumbing repairs, or major plumbing remodels. Recently one of San Francisco's oldest and best known plumbing and heating companies, Servadei Service, has joined Pribuss Engineering to make us the largest service contractor in San Francisco.

FIRE PROTECTION

SPRINKLER

In the initial years, the sprinkler department was a small portion of the company. Today, it is one of the mainstays that remains consistently active. Under the direction of John Pribuss, Leonard Camuso, and Bob Stark, all forms of tenant improvement, retrofit and new construction are carried out. This department will relocate one or two sprinkler heads, while at the same time, perform the complete design/build in a downtown high-rise.
