300 Lakeside

PROJECT
The largest construction project in the East Bay at it’s peak, Pribuss Engineering, Inc. was contracted to perform the plumbing scope on the 300 Lakeside project in Oakland, CA. The scope consisted of complete demolition and construction of 20 floors into new class-A office space. There was also a seismic retrofit component to the project, in addition to scope in back of house and retail spaces. This fast-paced design-build project had work occurring concurrently throughout the building to accomplish turnover of multiple floors at a time.
Pribuss also performed extensive survey, evaluation, and improvements to the existing 1960s infrastructure in the building. While challenging to work with aging systems, various improvement projects were able to rectify long standing maintenance issues.
Pribuss was able to contribute to a team effort that has seen the project being delivered well ahead of schedule.
