While working with owners, general contractors, developers, design professionals, and other contractors, we provide the highest quality and most cost-effective construction process possible. This non-adversarial philosophy promotes a win-win for all members of the construction team. Our professional staff, with both the technical background and field experience, can propose options that are initially budget compatible, while meeting design intent. 30 Otis

New ground-up construction of 27-story residential tower in San Francisco on the corner of Mission and S. Van Ness.  The 485,000 SQ project consisted of more than 400 units spread across a 250 feet tower and a ten-story podium with amenity spaces.  Ground floors consisted of 7,500 sf of retail space, a ballet school and small theater all over two floors of underground parking.

The Exchange

(2) six-story and (2) twelve-story buildings with 663 structured podium parking spaces. Parking levels integrated all buildings into a single structure.

750,000 sf of shell office and life science ready space.

Genesis

Design-Build of 21-story lab ready core and shell structure. Consists of amenity spaces, meeting rooms, ground retail and lobby.

375,000 sf, tallest lab ready building in the US at time of completion.

1395 22nd Street

New 987,000 sf ground up construction of 263 residential units in multiple buildings between four and eight stories including a separate structure for industrial space. The residential buildings include various amenities and landscaped open space and close to 70K square feet of car and bicycle parking at the basement level. Plumbing score included a storm and gray water treatment plant. LEED Gold Certification.

BCOP

Campus designed for life science and technology tenants consisting of three buildings, (2) six stories and (1) seven stories, all over one level parking garage. Scope included core and warm shell with 884,000 sf of office space.

Significant underground scope, pipe support from foundation and lightweight foam backfill.

2155 Webster

Is a 250,000 sq.ft. adaptive re-use project in the Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. Formerly a dentistry school, the project was converted from its office use into a luxury residential development, including seventy-seven condo units and ten individual townhomes.

 

1542 Pine Street

1542 Pine Street new ground up construction of 100 unit residential 12 story building over two stories of below grade parking. Common areas included outdoor patios and roof decks, a social lounge space, a dog-washing facility, fire pits, and BBQ stations

100 Van Ness

Renovation of existing 470,000 sq. 29-story building.

Formerly office building transformed into 418 luxury apartments with below grade parking, roof deck gardens and common areas including a luxury Kitchen.
